Giovanni`s in Orlando

Recently visited for the first time and let me just say the staff is very friendly. Our server tho decided that snapping her fingers at my 8 month old baby was cute which I did not appreciate. However, the real reason I will not be going back is the food ... leaves a lot to be desired. Sauce taste like its been cook on old oil or something it legit reminds me of little Caesars sauce 🤢🤮 Toppings were not fresh and you could tell by just looking at them. I ordered chicken and bacon pizza my wife ordered cheese. Hers wasn't that bad Mines was horrible. Tried it and will not be going back. I would not recommend you eat pizza here.

Great spot for Italian food! The pizzas are delicious and a great bonus is, whoever the server is, she's always going to be amazing, friendly, and very attentive. Always a pleasure to dine here for me and my family.

Enjoyed the Bruschetta, a Stuffed Slice, Stuffed Shells, and Cannolis ... Everything was really good and at affordable prices. The stuffed slice itself was a decent meal, full of meat and cheese in between crispy crusts...awesome! The Bruschetta was really tasty too, priming us for the meal to come. The desserts had house made cannoli filling and a deliciously crisp shell...sprinkled with chocolate chips of course. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. No complaints! Thanks!Best,~S

This is a five star restuarant malek was a awsome waiter the deep dish is the best you'll find with fresh ingredients will definitely be back if you want a good experience check this place out.

This was our favorite pizza restaurant for a long time, but will not be ordering or dining at this location in the near future!! With the infection rate of Covid 19 virus in the communities closest to this restaurant being the highest in Orange County, I find that it is careless and unconsciousable that they have a total disregard for the health and safety of thier patrons by not wearing masks after just reopening.

Owner is a joke. Terrible customer service with no people skills. Its a shame bc they have good food. You just lost a life time customer,

Excellent Italian restaurant with good service and a nice atmosphere. They have a decently sized menu and it can be hard to decide what to try, but some of my favorites are the baked ziti, calamari marinara, eggplant parmigiana, and tortellini Alfredo. The pizza bruschetta appetizer is also really good and more than enough for two people. But my favorite thing on the menu is the tiramisu. It has an authentic espresso flavor and the mousse is so creamy and delicious. Don’t finish your meal without trying it out!

Absolutely terrible! My husband went in to get our pizza and the owner messed up our order by handing him part of a different order. When we went to check the pizza that I ordered with no basil as I have been doing for over 15 years at the Oviedo location. My pizza was covered in basil and when I went to complain they told me I should have specified when I ordered.....BUT I DID! Then they remade the pizza and the old man owner starts saying that I should have said no basil and when I told him I did he started yelling at me! Worst customer service ever! As a person of color I felt objectified and insulted with this man's disrespectful attitude towards me! I've never had this happen at the Oviedo location EVER!

Well I've never been in Giovanni's restaurant and someone called for a job information and he answer the person rude and unprofessional and I tell you what I wouldn't even apply for job nor I recommend anyone you wouldn't want someone to be answering and tell you off that i'm calling on his dinner time and telling me I don't have experience in a restaurant and really all he had to say is please call back later and not insult my friend nice work you guys keep up the good work....

Love the pizza and the Chicken Marsala is absolutely awesome. Usually a once a week thing for me.

The best Italian food I have every tasted. The dough, cheeses, and sauce is amazing. I had to go there three times while visiting family in Orlando. The Slice on menu under the appetizer is a must !!!

The food is always great and fresh service is really great... I think they have the best pizza in Orlando really homemade New York style.. I eat there whenever I get a chance and I'm in the area..

Food was tasty and served hot. The fries were suprisingly good, very crispy. We went at a slower time of day, so I can understand their having less staff on duty, but we did have to wait longer than I'd expect. Our server was quite friendly though.

Been coming here for 13 years and it is the most consistent italian food ever. I have compared the chicken marsala recipe to many other places and no one comes close! Thanks Frank for being in the neighborhood.

Been to Giovanni’s many times.We placed an order this week and it was absolutely the worst Italian food I ever had. The bread was hard, the dinners were very dry, the sauce was terrible. and the lettuce was not fresh. Wow, what a shame!

Loved it there. We ordered a 10" Bianca pizza. It was so delicious that we have to go back for more only bigger pie! Our server Danielle was awesome! Loved it!

I had a huge portion of spaghetti Alla carbonara. It was very tasty.

This place is pretty good. Average prices and good Italian food. Wings and personal pizza is what we usually get and they are really good.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. This is a time of a pandemic. Not one staff member wore a mask, plastic menus were still in use, and the bar was full with no signs of social distancing happening. I would not recommend giving them their business at this time.

Mother of God... So good... Stopped in to kill some time before catching a flight home to Chicago from MCO...So mad that the food wouldn't keep during the flight home because it was DELICIOUS.Our server Tina was awesome too!

If I order Eggplant Parmesan during the lunch hours, I would expect to be given and charged for the lunch portion. Or at least asked what I would like. Also, masks required for entry is great until the owner is sitting at the bar with their mask hanging from his ear sitting next to another gentleman with no mask at all.

This is a very nice Italian restaurant. I loved the seafood, and I appreciated being able to substitute veggies for the pasta.

Great place to eat. Love eating here. The pizza is great but the other italian is also great. It is my favoriate date night location or just to take your family. The atmosphere is comfortable and feels like a home away from home.

Always the best! We had an issue with one of our entrees and the staff got rid of of and made an entire new one. THE BEST!!!

We go to Giovanni's a couple time a month. Never had a bad meal. I had Chicken Florentine - excellent. Very flavorful. Wife had Chicken Napoletano. Daniele is an excellent server. We often ask for her section. Their pizza is as good as it comes. A slice of Stuffed Italian with a side of marinara is great with a glass of cabernet or a cold beer. Highly recommend.

We enjoy sitting outside, food/drinks are good. Smoking always gets in the way there, though. I avoid going for that reason. Wish smoking wasn't allowed.

We have been ordering pizzas to go every Friday for the last 12 years. LOVE the staff and the pizza is the best in Orlando! :)

Everything here was absolutely amazing. The food came out fast and fresh and many precautions were taken to ensure the safety of the patrons (masks, plastic wrapped silverware). Our service was the best we have ever had. Shout out to Alexa for being attentive and quick despite appearing to be the only server working! We absolutely love the food and now the service!

As a first timer, I found the food to be exceptionally good and great service with smiles on everyone's face. I will definitely eat there again.

I love this place. They have a good Happy Hour from 4-7pm. Try the Fried Calamari, it's awesome.

Great food , great staff.

All menu items are excellent in terms of quality and service. One complaint is that one individual continually brings his 3 year old grandson into the bar area and sits him at the bar while he has 4 or 5 drinks. This is against Florida law and the owners should be aware and stop the practice.

We found this place by accident and were we happy. The food was delicious & the service (Miriam) was amazing. Even though this is an hour from my house in Palm Bay, we will definitely be back to eat. I ordered a slice of pizza, just to eat while we waited for our order. Hands down the best pizza I ever had! Next time I will bring a whole pizza home! Thank u Giovanni's Restaurant for a great time & wonderful meal.
